- Size 4/4T has a 42.5 cm body length (front and back) and a 53.3 cm sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the centre back of the neck.
- Striped baseball collar. Snapped placket.
- Long sleeves with ribbed cuffs. "1967 Football R.L. City Champs" football patch, a winged-foot patch, and a "67 Polo" shield patch at the left sleeve. "Polo R.L. N.Y." embroidered at the right cuff.
- "Eastern League RL Varsity Team League Champs Captain" embroidered at the right chest. Chenille "P" and "67" patches at the left chest.
